SRC UK strongly believes that the recruitment and retention of local people where possible, in line with the UK governments Good Work plan principles, is key – we are not only committed to safeguarding the jobs of our existing employees, but also actively developing every opportunity to create new work opportunities across all areas of the business, for people living in the local area.  We are members of the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter, encouraging companies to undertake socially responsible activities which benefit both employees and the local community. There is also focus in voluntary contributions to the local area; we are involved in the Greater Lincolnshire Local Enterprise partnership’s ‘Give an Hour’ initiative, aimed at encouraging the development of new skills in young people by participating in career STEM activities, mock interviews and CV workshops with schools. We undertake a number of charitable initiatives and support charities at both individual and company level – all of which are chosen as being close to our values.

SRC UK are committed to reducing any impact on the environment caused by our work. We have attained the ISO 14001 standard – Environmental Management – holding us to account to ensure we continue to work in the most sustainable manner we can. With our energy A-rated Headquarters in Lincoln, our electric/hybrid employee car scheme and efforts to recycle throughout the company, we will strive to provide support to our nation in the most environmentally friendly and sustainable way possible.
